The FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) trays and ladders, which are specially designed to contain and protect cables and other electricity conductors, are manufactured using the pultrusion system that gives them excellent mechanical and chemical properties. Additionally, they can be manufactured applying fire retardant additives.
Cable trays are available in three basic colors: grey, red and orange, but can also be manufactured in other colors according to the RAL color chart, depending on the volume ordered.
MANUFACTURING SYSTEM
Pultrusion is a system for manufacturing FRP products that allows the elaboration of structural profiles, controlling their shape and mechanical characteristics and obtaining a product that has advantages such as, chemical and mechanical resistance of the composite, in addition of an excellent electrical insulation.
LEPSA provides technical and system-design engineering design, receiving information from the client and developing integral projects, considering distances between supports, types of support and anchoring, etc.
The installation can be performed by LEPSA’s personnel or by others under our supervision.
