FRP exhaust hoods form part of the gas extraction system offered by LEPSA, as well as ducts, accessories and fans, manufactured entirely in FRP (fiberglass reinforced plastic).

The extraction system was designed for collecting and disposing of elements such as gas, exhaust and/or fumes, which are generally harmful to the health of personnel, reducing or eliminating these elements.

Additionally, the gas extraction system provides protection against the deterioration of equipment and machinery in the plant environment where it is installed.
Gas, exhaust and/or fumes generated during the industrial process are retained by the hood, which directs these elements to flues by means of ducts connected to an exhaust fan that facilitates and improves the elimination of these elements.
The hoods are specially calculated, designed and manufactured for each case and they are widely used in plants which have chemical processes high in toxic gas, exhaust and fumes.
